ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to permit the petitioner and others to conduct temple festival namely Sri Mariamman Temple, Sri Kaliamman Temple, Sri Vinayagar Temple, Sri Murugan Temple, situated at Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Naagaiya Kottai Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, schedule to be held on 15.06.2025 to 24.06.2025.

2. There was a similar dispute in the year 2024, and the 3rd respondent/Tahsildar conducted a peace committee meeting and resolved the issue. However, the same issue has arisen again this year.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submitted that a peace committee meeting has already been scheduled to be held on 13.06.2025. An order shall be passed within two days, i.e., on or before 15.06.2025.

4. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
