The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, challenging the Press Release No.236 dated 31.10.2020 issued by the 2nd respondent and consequently to direct the respondents not to open the Schools, Colleges, Research Institutions, Education Institution and Hostels in all over Tamil Nadu till completion of entire curfew.

Learned counsel on either side submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
