ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to pay the petitioner's difference in salary of Rs.38,310/- with suitable rate of interest within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court by considering representations of the petitioner dated 11.05.2018 and 25.08.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the sage of admission itself.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he would be satisfied, if the representations of the petitioner submitted for payment of difference in salary dated 11.05.2018 and 25.08.2018 are directed to be disposed of by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 11.05.2018 and 25.08.2018 in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no other legal impediments to do so.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
