The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.345 of 2025 dated 30.01.2025, wherein this Court has directed the respondents to approve the appointment of the writ petitioner from the date of his initial appointment and pass orders within a period of twelve week.
