Prayer: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent to register documents only on the basis of the averments made in registered General Power of Attorney in Document NO. 2746/2021 dated 19.8.2021 submitted by the Petitioner along with other two Power Agents namely S.Sivaprakash and S.Jegan Jointly on the

basis of the Petitioners representation dated 30.04.2026 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.
