The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to measure the property referred to in the writ petition. 2.It is stated by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition that he has made such request to the second respondent on 12.12.2016 followed by another representation on 07.02.2017.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent has not taken any steps so far to consider the request of the petitioner. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of only by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directing the second respondent to dispose of the application filed on 12.12.2016 followed by representation dated 07.02.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the second respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
