ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the first respondent by the Family Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil in Cr.M.P.No.93 of 2018 in M.C.No.19 of 2016, dated 10.09.2018.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the official respondent. 3.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the Family Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, is directed to dispose the case in Cr.M.P.No.93 of 2018 in M.C.No.19 of 2016, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
