RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the conditions imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.4047 of 2020 dated 30.09.2020 and permit the petitioners to produce two common sureties instead of producing two sureties each for all the petitioners and thereafter the petitioners may be directed to report before the respondent police as and when required by the respondent police instead of directing them to appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am., until further orders. Order :This petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.
Balaji, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.R.Erottuchamy, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to Modify the conditions imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.4047 of 220 dated 30.09.2020 and permit the petitioners to produce two common sureties instead of producing two sureties each for all the petitioners and thereafter, the petitioners may be directed to report before the respondent police as and when required https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
CRL OP(MD) No.12787 of 2020 by the respondent police instead of directing them to appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am., until further orders.
2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is allowed modifying the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.4047 of 2020 dated 30.09.2020 to the extent that the petitioners are directed to produce two common sureties and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
