Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2017 for made necessary amendments in the village revenue records to that effect the patta was issued in Na.Ka.Tha.Ka.No.418/2008 dated 30.04.2008 in Survey No.466/1, situated at Ponnamaravathy Village and Taluk, Pudukkottai District in the name of the petitioner.

Mr.C.M.Marichellaih Prabhu, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. This writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner herein has given a representation on 03.04.2017 for making necessary amendments in the village revenue records as well as patta entries with regard to Survey No.466/1 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Ponnamaravathy Village, Pudukkottai District. Her grievance is that till date no action has been taken on her representation. 3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation dated 03.04.2017 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are no rival parties or rival claims. Such an order will be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
