ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SURIYA ANAND, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 4, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1882 days in representing the above Second Appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.In view of the same, this petition is ordered and the delay of 1882 days in representing the above Second Appeal is condoned on condition that the Petitioner pays a sum of Rs.1000/-(Rupees One thousand only) as costs to the Government Higher Secondary School, Y.Othakadai, Madurai, (Current Account No.10968750674, State Bank of India, Tallakulam Branch, IFSC Code No.SBIN0000253) on or before 08.02.2022, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed, without any further reference to this Court.
