PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.568 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A7 & A8, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.01.2023 for the offence under section 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii)(C) and 25 of NDPS Act 1/3

in Crime No.568 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that A1 was found in illegal possession of 21 kgs of ganja and other accused were found in illegal possession of 16 kgs of ganja, totally 37 kgs were recovered from them, which is commercial quantity. Hence the case.

3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.It is seen that it is third petition for bail and the earlier petition was dismissed on 24.04.2023. There is no change in circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
