Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 12.9.2016 for reclassification of the land in Survey No.54.2 measuring about 2.94 acres in No.47 Mela Veli Village, Thanjavur Taluk and District in accordance with law and merits within such time as may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider her representation, dated 12.09.2016, through which, she seeks for reclassification of the land situated at Survey No.54.2 measuring about 2.94 acres in No.47, Mela Veli Village, Thanjavur Taluk and District.
