[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner made a representation to the first respondent on 24.08.2018, inter alia alleging that permission granted to conduct quarry operations in Survey Nos.13/4, 14, 15/F and 16, Pappankulam village, Nanguneri Taluk, is contrary to law and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

especially when earlier permission sought for by a third party for the very same land was rejected.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the aforesaid representation is directed to be considered by the first respondent. 3.Considering the said submission, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)No.17355 of 2018 is closed.
