This contempt petition is filed that order of this Court in W.P(MD) No.3550 of 2020 dated 21.02.2020 has not been complied with. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, states that the representation of the petitioner dated 07.05.2019 was considered and an order has been passed by the Chief Educational Officer dated 31.03.2021.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the copy of proceedings dated 31.03.2021 has not been served upon the petitioner.

4. The respondent is directed to serve the copy of the proceedings dated 31.03.2021 to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is always open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings passed by the Chief Educational Officer dated 31.03.2021 in the manner known to law.
