The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent police 1/4

is harassing him and his family members, on the complaint of the third respondent herein, has approached this Court.

2. Today(12.06.2025), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for admission, Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and submits that the third respondent has lodged a complaint as against this petitioner, before the Superintendent of Police and the same was forwarded to the second respondent as current paper enquiry. The respondent police has conducted the enquiry and closed the same on 07.06.2025, as the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent is a money dispute.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
