ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that the respondent police are harassing him under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who takes notice for the respondent police submits that the complaint was lodged by 5th respondent and also by the petitioner's side. Both complaints were enquired in CSR Nos.242 and 243 of 2025 and they were closed based on the undertaking given by them that they would work out their remedy before the Family Court.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed, as no further order is required to be passed.
