PRAYER :- For Bail in Cr.No.627 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 and A3 herein were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.09.2020, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 302, and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.627 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent Police brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners are having previous cases. More specifically A3 is facing NDPS cases. A2 is also facing some other criminal case. 3.In view of the fact that the petitioners were arrested on 14.09.2020 and the investigation are in progress. This being factum, there is likelihood of affect the investigation, this Court is not inclined to consider the present petition.

CRL OP(MD). No.12775 of 2020 4.Accordingly, this Criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the respondent Police is directed to intensify the investigation and complete the same.
