ORDER
This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action against the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 05.05.2022.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police is ready to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 05.05.2022. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2022 and to take suitable action on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
