ORDER

In view of the innocuous relief which is prayed for in the Civil Revision Petition to dispose of the Execution Proceedings in E.P.No.10 of

2024 in RLTOP.No.92 of 2019 on the file of the learned IV Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself without notice to the respondents on the following terms:

(i)The learned IV Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, is requested to take up the Execution Proceedings in E.P.No.10 of 2024 in RLTOP.No.92 of 2019 for speedy disposal and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
