O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.4 to permit the petitioner to conduct Protest Demonstration at Anna Nagar (Near Ambika Theatre) Madurai-625 020 on 10.08.2016 between 10.00 a.m. and 2 p.m.

2.Mr.D.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4.Seeking permission to conduct protest demonstration on 10.08.2016, the petitioner has preferred a representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

15.07.2016 to the respondents. However, the representation has not been considered so far and hence, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

5.This Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as the demonstration is scheduled to be conducted on 10.08.2016. No costs.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
