8.K.Muthaiah : Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned proceedings of suspension order passed by the 7th respondent dated 04.07.2016 and the same was dispatched on 11.07.2016 which was received by the petitioner on 13.07.2016 which was received by the petitioner on 13.07.2016 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner into service of the 7th respondent Society as Night Watchman. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by C.Guruvaiah under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to quash the proceedings of the 7th respondent dated 04.07.2016.

2.In view of the ratio laid down by the larger bench judgment of this Court in (K.Marappan Vs. The Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Namakkal Circle, Namakkal-636 001 and another) reported in (2006 (4) CTC 689) this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.

3.It is not known why the petitioner has filed this writ petition when he has a better, statutory, alternative Appeal remedy under Section 152 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act. Hence, it is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
