ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 & 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the fifth respondent which is the subject matter of O.S.No.428 of 2002 on the file of the Sub Court, Palani, under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
