This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to issue building planning approval to the petitioner, based on her application dated 04.03.2023.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted an application seeking for building plan approval for the property in S.No.18/16A at Mullipallam Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner's application is under process and it would be considered within a period of four weeks.
