The petitioner/ an accused in Crime No.13 of 2025, on the file of the first respondent police, has approached this Court, seeking quashment of the above proceedings.

2.Today(17.07.2025), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for admission, Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), who takes notice for the official respondent submits that on completion of investigation in Crime No.13 of 2025, the respondent police has filed the final report before the Special Court for POCSO Act cases, Thanjavur and the same was taken on file in Spl.SC No.118 of 2025. Now, the case is posted to 04.08.2025 for the appearance of the accused.

2025, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same, in the manner known to law.
