ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This is a dispute between the son-in-law and the father-inlaw. The detenu, a minor girl child, is living with her grandfather. The petitioner, the detenu and the grandfather are present. It is agreed between the petitioner and the grandfather, namely the third respondent herein that all the three girl children would be in the custody of the said respondent. appears that the wife of the petitioner is also no more. The petitioner is stated to be a sick man. Therefore, leaving only the male child with him, the other three girl children are to be taken care of by the third respondent, as agreed upon by the petitioner before us. The submission made by the petitioner in that regard stands recorded.
