Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondent to dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 24.12.2016 and consequently to direct the respondent to appoint the petitioner as one of the hereditary trustee of the Sri.Kumara Kadavul alias Sri.Subramaniswami Temple, situating in Valanadu, Mudhukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Honourable High Court. Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R In all these writ petitions, the respective writ petitioners seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider their representation dated 24.12.2016 and consequently, to appoint them as hereditary trustee of Sri.Kumara Kadavul alias Sri.Subramaniswami Temple, situating in Valanadu, Mudhukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
2.When these matters are listed for admission, Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader took notice for the respondents and based on instructions received from the respondents, he has submitted that the petitioners' representations were considered already and orders were passed on 13.02.2017. He has also produced the copy of the said orders. Therefore, it is for the petitioners to work out their remedy in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the light of the orders already passed on their representations. 3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law, in pursuant to the orders passed by the respondents on 13.02.2017.
