This writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the Petitioner's complaint dated 07.02.2017.

2.Heard Mr.A.Joel Paul Antony for the petitioner and Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3.Mr.R.Thirumurugan, Sub Inspector of Police, Puthanatham Police Station is present before this Court. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a regular case in Crime No.133/2017 has been registered under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC on 07.02.2017.

4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No Costs.
