Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to entertain the Revision Petition dated 24.02.2018 filed by the petitioner under Section 7 of the Tamilnadu Agricultural Lands Record of Tenancy Rights Act, 1969 and proceed further with it in accordance with law.

ORDER

The writ petitioner suffered an order dated 17.12.2014 at the hands of the second respondent herein. Questioning the same the writ petitioner filed a Revision Petition before the first respondent on 24.02.2018.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that his Revision Petition is not being numbered. It appears that there is a delay in filing the Revision Petition. In any event the first respondent will have to necessarily number the condone delay petition.

3.Therefore, a direction is given to the first respondent to entertain the Revision petition, dated 24.02.2018 filed by the petitioner and deal with the same in accordance with law. 4.Accordingly, with the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
