ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed in Check Slip No.395/I Round (South Zone) dated on 13.12.2019, on the file of the 1/4
Principle Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur, reversing the order passed in O.S.No. 114 of 2013.
2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the trial Court insisted the petitioner to pay court fees under Section 30 of 'the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suit Valuation Act, 1965' ['hereinafter referred to as 'the Act']. Whereas, the petitioner claims that he has to pay the court fees only under Section 50 of the Act.
3.However, on instructions, learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is ready to pay the court fees under Section 30 of the Act and prays for some time.
4.In view of the subsequent development, this Court directs the petitioner to pay the court fees in terms of the check slip dated 13.12.2019 within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
