Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has been involved in three previous cases of same nature. He was also preventively detained. I am therefore not inclined to grant relief in this writ petition. It is open to the petitioner to move the trial Court for relief.

3.With this liberty to the writ petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
