ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 14.08.2018, for the offences punishable under Section 392 r/w 397 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.551 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seek bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution that on 14.08.2018 the petitioner demanded money towards the defacto complainant with deadly weapon for consuming liquor and picked up Rs.650/- from the shirt pocket of the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner on the knife point the accused grabbed Rs.650/- from the shirt pocket of the defacto complainant and strongly opposed to the grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and the period of incarceration by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.
