This writ petition has filed to direct the second respondent i.e., the District Forest Officer, Madurai Division, Madurai to take immediate action to disburse the encashment of Leave Salary and Special Provident Fund of the petitioner's contribution, within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he would be satisfied, if the representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.08.2018 in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no other legal impediments to do so. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
