ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the revision petitioner to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi to dispose of the petition in D.O.P.No.16 of 2019 pending on its file within time fixed by this Court. 2.Heard.

3.This Court is satisfied that this is a matter where the petitioner is justly aggrieved by the pendency of D.O.P.No16 of 2019. The Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi, is therefore directed to dispose of the matter at the very earliest not later than six(6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order subject however to such regulation in holding regular Court as per direction issued by this Court from time to time.
