ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner, seeking production of her daughter, namely, Gunadevi, aged about 25 years, has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.Today, when this Habeas Corpus Petition is taken up for hearing, the respondent Police has produced the detenue before this Court, who stated before us that due to some strained relationship between the detenue and her husband, namely, Karthick, she left the matrimonial home sometime back and had been residing in her Aunty's (Siththy) house at Thanjavur. Now, she come back and wants to go with the petitioner, who is none other than the mother of the detenue.

3.In view of the said statement made by the detenue, it is to be noted that she is not in illegal custody at the hands of anyone. Therefore, 2/4

permitting her to go along with the petitioner, we feel that this Habeas Corpus Petition can be closed, accordingly, it is closed.
