ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.437 of 2021 within a time frame as stipulated by this Court. 2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a money suit in O.S.No.437 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul. He further submits that the suit is pending from the year 2021 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 4.In view of the above submission, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.437 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. No costs.
