[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Mr.P.Thilakkumar, learned Government Pleader takes notice for the

respondents.

2.It is seen from the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Marungapuri, dated 01.08.2024, that he has recommended for the allotment of land that has been encroached upon to the encroachers by re-classifying it, since the encroachers belonging to economically worker section and they have no other place of abode.

3.Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the respondents are directed to ensure that there are no further encroachments in the area in question. No costs.
