Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar Additional Public Prosecutor ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1838 of 2026, dated 30.04.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by the trial Court and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case, Condition No.2 imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, in Crl.M.P.No.1838 of 2026, dated 30.04.2026 is modified. The petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Contonment Police Station, Trichy, daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks, and thereafter shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
