ORDER

The petitioner, who attained the age of superannuation in the middle of the academic year has filed this writ petition for a mandamus for re-employment till the end of the academic year. 2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submits that pending this writ petition the petitioner has filed another writ petition in WP(MD)No.11814 of 2021 for a mandamus to treat him as an Associate Professor from 01.07.2019 to 31.05.2020 and to provide the benefits for the same. The said writ petition was dismissed by this Court by order dated 28.07.2022 since the petitioner had not worked during the said period. 3.In view of the subsequent developments and passage of time, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
