ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would reiterate the contentions raised in the petition and would seek for fair investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.323 of 2020, dated 21.09.2020, within stipulated period fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents seeks two months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report.

3.Considering the above submissions, the respondent police are directed to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.323 of 2020, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
