ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in HMOP.No.17 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram and to transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Manamadurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Though the notice was served on the respondent and his name is also printed in the cause list no one has appeared either in person or through his counsel.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.17 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the file of the

Sub Court, Manamadurai. The Sub Court, Ramanathapuram is directed to transmit the papers to the transferee Court forthwith. The Sub Court, Manamadurai is directed to dispose the above said HMOP, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 15 months from the date of receipt of a copy of the records. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
