Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the third respondent's impugned reports bearing Rc.No.99/2016 (Mines) dated 20.01.2017 and Rc.No.99/2016 (Mines) dated 31.01.2017, pertaining to the petitioner's patta lands, measuring 4.16.0 Hectares comprised in S.F.Nos.505/1, 505/3, 509/1, 509/2, 510, 511 & 571/4, situated at Pilathu Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to grant granite quarrying permission in respect of the entire applied area of 4.16.0 hectares, by acting on the original report of the 3rd respondent bearing Rc.No.99/2016 (Mines) dated 29.11.2016.
