ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Vallioor, Tirunelveli District to some other competent officer to conduct the investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 1 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the de-facto complainant.
