ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 2 and 4 to conduct survey of her husband's property situated at S.No.287/30 with an extent of 0-0.35 Area (Hec/Ares), Poolappathi Village, Idivilagi Revenue Village Group, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, by considering her representation dated 14.05.2025.

Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Udhayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the third respondent. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the fifth respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.
3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. According to the petitioner, the aforementioned property belongs to her husband, Kalimuthu and patta also stands in his name. Later, the third respondent passed an order sanctioning construction of house under the Government Scheme in the name of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner's husband submitted an application in Application No.2025/N123/27/004663, dated 08.05.2025 seeking survey of the aforementioned land. The same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation before the official respondents on 14.05.2025 seeking to survey of the land as per the online
application submitted by the petitioner's husband. However, till date, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5. The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1, 2 and 4, would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits, within a time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, fifth respondent and other interested parties, if any.
