ORDER

Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to rectify the mistake crept in Natham Survey Register as Street in S.No. 361/10 i.e., within the petitioner's plot on the southern side. To that effect, he has already made a representation on 12.10.2015, which, according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, I only direct the first respondent to consider the above representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after hearing the rival claimants if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
