2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have has been complying with the conditions regularly and now the charge sheet has been filed.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioners shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
