This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.41 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.41 of 2019 and also filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli in C.C.No.1070 of 2020.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
