ORDER

The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in Crime No.597 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police, has filed this petition seeking a direction to file the final report, within a time frame. 2.In the earlier occasion, the Police Officer, who was present before this Court was not in a position to explain the reasons for not filing the final report and therefore, this Court, vide order dated 10.06.2025, directed the Superintendent of Police, Theni District to file a report.

3.The Superintendent of Police, Theni District has filed the report stating that the present Inspector of Police, took charge of the Police Station on 26.08.2024. However, the Investigating agency has not collected any document from the petitioner. Thereafter, the present investigating Officer has taken steps to collect the document and now they have filed the final report.

4.Since it is reported that final report has already been filed, this criminal original petition is closed.
