ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Section 392 of IPC in Crime No.213 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused snatched a gold chain of the defacto complainant weighing 8 sovereings. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that five similar previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

4. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons snatched eight sovereigns of gold chain from the defacto complainant and tried to ran away from the place of occurrence, however when other came there to rescue they left the chain and ran away. CRL OP(MD). No.10841 of 2023 having five similar previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
