Though the petitioner has sought for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2016 prohibiting the respondents 3 and 4 from operating their Mini Buses - via - left side service road Bye-pass Road (4 way road), New Town Privu, Subanagar, Right side Service Road to reach Ganpathipatti, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2016 within a time frame.

2.In view of the limited relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2016, hear the respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3 and 4 and thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, if there are no legal impediments, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
