2. Though the respondents 2 and 3 were served notice, they have not chosen to appear either in person or through their counsel.
3. The petitioner is aggrieved by a Circular issued by the first respondent to all the Judicial Officers in her District calling for service register and service particulars of fifteen employees, who are working as Grade-II Bench Clerk, Grade-III Bench Clerk, Head Clerk, Assistant, Typist, Junior Assistant and Senior Bailiff.
4. The petitioner's case is that she is entitled to be promoted before the respondents 2 and 3.
5. We are of the view that the prayer sought for in this writ petition is thoroughly pre-matured. All that the first respondent has done is only called for service particulars of certain employees, who are working in her District. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any further orders of the first respondent, it is always open to her to raise her objections at the appropriate time. However, since the petitioner has already given a representation on 22.07.2016, the same shall be considered by the first respondent, if not already considered, at the time of effecting promotion.
6. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
